Our own Richardson East Rotary member, Assistant Fire Chief Gene Senter, recently delivered an insider's observations on the historic July 4, 2025, Kerrville flood. Drawing from his extensive expertise as a State of Texas Urban Search and Rescue Task Force Leader, he shared the profound "story within the story" of that crisis from his position of command in Kerrville.
