Last week the Richardson East Rotary Club had a possibility to help the Network of Community ministries to pack lunch bags for needing kids. Many kids depending on school lunch need additional support during summer time. The members of RERC helped to pack around 150 lunch/snack packets during our lunch hour. 

 

 

 

During last week's meeting, two of RERC's incredible scholarship recipients provided Club members with an update on their studies and college life. Ana Barrios spoke about her desire to pursue law enforcement as a profession, and Paul Carter discussed his engineering studies. Both students spoke about their gratitude for Rotary's support as well as how they are inspired to serve their communities.
