Sensory Park Work Day on October 3rd

On October 3rd we will have a Sensory Garden work day at 5 PM. The Cottonwood festival is the coming weekend and we want our garden to look nice. Please bring your gloves and small hand tools. We will need weeding tools and hand shovels. Afterwards we can do a quick dinner for anyone interested. Thank you for helping to keep the garden beautiful which has been very challenging this year.

Our latest happy hour was at String Bean in Richardson. We had a great time with cold drinks and yummy appetizers.

The Leadership Team of Dr. Melissa Heller, Dr. Chris Goodson, and Mike Jasso, spoke to our club about RISD’s BE THE ONE initiative. RISD is more than just a school; it’s a dynamic community that stands as a leader in Texas. We’re grateful for their dedication.
