Lindsey Parker proposed for membership
 
 
Lindsey Parker who has visited the club several times has submitted her application and has now been approved by the membership committee and the board.
 
Lindsey will be inducted in our meeting on 2/14.
 
Lindsey Parker is the Director of Operations for Texas FCA (the Fellowship of Christian Athletes). Under the leadership of a local Richardson resident, she provides operational support to over 250 staff serving the state of Texas in all areas of sport from the local high school and college to off-campus sports. While most of the staff spend their days face to face with coaches and athletes, Lindsey is focused on what is more of the trellis of the organization, which aims to help staff increase their capacity and thrive in their individual roles.

Marco DeLeon proposed for membership
 Marco DeLeon has been proposed for membership.
 
Marco will be inducted in our meeting on 2/21.
 
Marco is a proud DFW area resident since 1998. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas; he arrived to Dallas in 1998 to attend SMU where he ran Cross Country and Track and Field, and majored in History. He currently serves at the best high school in all of Texas   – International Leadership of Texas, Garland High School.  He loves the daily opportunity to serve as our school motto firmly aligns as “Others Before Self”.  We continue to create exceptional servant leaders that provide so me so much hope and promise for our collective future.
 
Next year's board
Michael Parmerlee is starting to organize his nominating committee to form the executive board for next year.  If you have an interest in a particular position or would like to be on his nominating committee, please let him know.

We had a great turnout at the Happy Hour at the Wine Authority. Who knew it was Doug Crosby's first orthodontist location? :-)
