The RERC Board of Directors approved a set of amended and restated bylaws at the July board meeting. Michael Hurley has been proposed for membership.
 
Michael is a veteran Rotarian and the past President of the South Tyler Rotary Club.
 
He grew up in Richardson, attending Berkner High School. A recent job move has brought him back to the Richardson area.
 
Connecting and serving the community seemed like a natural fit!
