David is a native Texan growing up in the north Dallas and attending Jesuit high school. He met his beautiful wife, Susan Kassen, while attending Texas Tech University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. David and Susan have been married for 27 years and have two wonderful young men, Cole and Kyle, and two highly energic Australian shepherds, Sydney and Mel. Along the way David earned an MBA from SMU and spent most of his career at FedEx building out a same day delivery network. Recently, David has transitioned from corporate America to join his wife in expanding their small business in real estate. David has always been an active member of the community. This was instilled at a young age with the Jesuit motto of “Men For Others”. David currently serves as president of the Men’s Club at his parish – St. Paul The Apostle. Prior to that he served in previous officer roles at St. Paul, member of the board at YMCA Richardson, Leadership Richardson Class of 26, participated in the Richardson volunteer fire academy, served at a UTD student mentor, fundraising chair for St. Paul school golf tournament, and several volunteer roles for the Canyon Creek Homeowners Association. |
