Richardson's Festivals

Shohn Rodgers, Assistant Director, from Richardson's Parks & Recreation department will share an overview of our city's festivals - including the Cottonwood Arts Festival, Huffhines Harvest Fest, Santa's Village, and the WildFlower Arts & Music Festival.
