NOTES from the October Board Meeting:
- Our grant application to the District to continue our funding of Network's after-school art program was approved.
- Save the Date: our club's Christmas party will be on December 14 - details to follow.
- Richardson will be holding Santa's Village this year, although it will only be open for 2 weekends - details to follow.
- RISD's Superintendent, Tabitha Branum will be the featured speaker at this year's Teacher Appreciation Day.
- Shawn Poe has moved to be closer to his family, so he will be resigning from our club. He plans to join a local Rotary club once he is settled.
