November 2022 Board Meeting Updates

There is a lot of news to share with you, from the latest board meeting:

There will not be a Club meeting on November 23, the last Wednesday before Thanksgiving
Wednesday November 30, is a Fifth Wednesday, volunteer Wednesday. We will be winterizing the Sensory Garden at Cottonwood Park. Please come to help at 4pm.
Volunteers are need to man K-ELF at Santa's Village, on the weekends of Dec. 3 & 4 and Dec. 10 &11. This year Santa's Village will be held at Huffines Park. Further information and a link to sign up are in the story below.
Volunteers are needed for Richardson’s 50th Annual Christmas Parade, "A Storybook Christmas” by volunteering as Parade Marshalls or Staging Volunteers. Further information and a link to sign up are in the story below.
Please join us for the Club's Christmas party on December 14, at Monica's house
The February Happy Hour (February 8), will be a time to bring a guest, to invite potential new members of our club.
This year we plan to coordinate our blood drive with the International Leadership School of Texas. as part of their spring health fair in March.
A big THANK YOU, to all the donors on North Texas Giving day. We received approximately $11,000 in contributions.
Consider joining our District Governor, Howard Templin and Rotarians from nearby clubs for the District's conference and service cruise to the Caribbean in April.

Santa's Village is here

Our very own elves are getting our club's house ready for Santa's Village!

There is still time to volunteer at KELF.

We are live on December 3, 4, 10, and 11.

There will be two shifts each day with the first shift being from 2:45 to 6:00 and the second shift being from 5:45 to 9:00.
