Richardson Office of Emergency Management
Alisha currently serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Richardson. Alisha brings 15 years of experience including emergency management, continuity planning, and fiscal management.
Alisha holds a degree in Emergency Administration and Planning with a minor in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Texas. Alisha is designated a Certified Emergency Manager by the International Association of Emergency Managers, Texas Certified Emergency Manager, Certified Business Continuity Professional by Disaster Recovery International, and Master Continuity Practitioner from FEMA. She represents the City on various regional and state working groups to help the North Central Texas region including the Integrated Warning Team Working Group, Public Education Subcommittee, Texas Emergency Management Assistance Team, and Chair of the Regional Shelter Working Group to continue to improve service to the citizens who live in this region and throughout the great State of Texas.
