Robert Epstein is a Major in the Civil Air Patrol: his qualifications include: Aerospace Education, Gound Team, Drug Demand Reduction Officer, Mission Radio Operator.

He is on the North Texas Air Force Association Board and the NTX association of the US Army Board. 

He was in the Texas state Guard, 19th Military Police Brigade. He has been with local Law Enforcement Agency for the past seven years.

He is a NRA Certified Instructor; Certified Pistol, Certified Firearm Safety.

He is a candidate for a Masters Degree at teh U.S. Air Force AIR COMMAND and STAFF COLLEGE.
