Jim is proud of the fact that his son was born at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center.
Jim retired in San Antonio, Texas and was driven by his military experience, which prepared him to face the civilian challenges that would come his way. His strong commitment to excellence and customer service has placed him at the top of every management position that he was selected for.
